Julia Andriotis is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with over a decade of clinical experience and a specialization in running rehabilitation. Originally from Arkansas, she moved to Kansas City in late 2024 and is thrilled to bring her passion for helping runners stay strong, healthy, and injury-free to the local community.
Certified through runDNA and trained in dry needling, Julia combines evidence-based practice with a personal love for running and racing. She believes in treating the runner, not just the injury, with a strong emphasis on strength training as a key component of long-term performance and resilience.
Julia fell in love with running during the early days of the pandemic when gyms shut down and the trails became her outlet. Since then, she’s run multiple half marathons as well as completed her first full marathon, so she knows what it takes to train for every one of those 26.2 miles. She has become deeply connected to the running community through local run clubs in Kansas City. Outside the clinic, you’ll likely find her hiking, biking, or backpacking - activities she shares with her fiancé, whom she met on a trail.
She’s excited to work with Kansas City runners of all levels, from first-time 5Kers to seasoned marathoners, helping them move better, train smarter, and enjoy the journey.
